Full Time Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control position is a vital piece of the Nanz & Kraft customer promise! We guarantee all of our products and services and implement checkpoints throughout the order taking and design process to ensure they are upheld. The Quality Control position is the touchstone of this check system.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provides an exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business;
Addresses customers concerns and informs Manager/GM immediately.

OPERATIONS

Responsible for checking orders to ensure they meet Nanz & Kraft standards and policies
Reviews designer breakdowns, compares order descriptions with product presentation, proofreads card messages, and overall verifies the order information is correct and in-line with brand and policies.
Focus on Cost of Goods and accuracy

TEAM

Ensures 100% compliance with all company policies, guidelines and procedures;
Supports and assists team members on as needed basis.
Works with managers and support staff to aid in necessary training to meet company standards.

Job Requirements

  • Be extremely detail oriented
  • Have excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks at one time and accurately shift attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy (in addition to main duties - waiting on customers, light computer work, light design work, assisting in other departments as needed)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Have strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Self-started who is positive, energetic, and maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Good physical stamina
  • Guest service mentality; is sociable and friendly and has a genuine desire to serve the customer.
  • Must have flexible availability/hours, particularly during holiday seasons. Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
