Full Time/Part Time Front Counter Sales

Full Time and Part Time Openings Available.

Nanz & Kraft Florsits is looking for extremely motivated, outgoing, active and customer service oriented Customer Service Representatives. Full and Part-time positions available. Full time employees are eligible for benefits.


CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provides an exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business.

OPERATIONS

Enter and track all customer orders;
Work with customers face-to-face at the Front Counter;
Follow job production step by step through the process concluding with customer follow up to ensure complete satisfaction;
Maintain current customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous service;
Resolve customer situations and answer questions about order status, services and products offered; manage a multi line telephone, track and enter customer orders efficiently as well as accurately
Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times;
General fresh design work (dance flowers, wrapped bouquets, etc.)

TEAM

Supports and assists team members on as needed basis.

Job Requirements

  • Be extremely detail oriented
  • Have excellent communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks at one time and accurately shift attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly internet research for addresses and other information
  • Scheduling needs: Must have flexible availability/hours, particularly during holidays seasons. Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
