Rose Bouquets That Are Beyond

It's Valentine's Day, and the pressure is on to give the perfect arrangement of red roses. We decided long ago that stemmy, leggy red roses rocketing up out of a vase would be the gold standard of floral gifts on February 14th, and we've never looked back since. Nanz & Kraft Florists is steeped in the most romantic of all blooms, but our designs are full of variety. Read More about Rose Bouquets That Are Beyond »

The color experts have been giving us a design buzz word since 2000, and it has always had an influence on the following year's decor trends. Celebrate Friendship This Galentine’s Day

There's a new holiday on February's calendar, and it's called Galentine's Day. The idea arose from a 2010 episode of NBC's Parks and Recreation, when main character Leslie Knope proclaimed it Galentine's Day, "only the best day of the year," and took all of her ladies out for a long lunch The concept resonated for a lot of women, and every year, more and more are deciding to celebrate their female friendships on February 13 by doing their own long lunches or making it a true girl's night out. It's an occasion we here at Nanz & Kraft Florists can get behind. Read More about Celebrate Friendship This Galentine’s Day »

Winter’s Lavish White Blooms

Winter is the perfect time to experiment with flowers. There are a rich variety of cold-weather bloomers, and when they're worked into designs, they really capture the season and speak to its best features. This is a time when we can bring in dark greens, pine cones, branches, berries and cinnamon sticks. Designs can be luxe, rustic or elegant. Nothing's off the table. Here at Nanz & Kraft Florists, we're loving designs inspired by the winter landscape; think quiet walks in the snowy woods, bare branches dusted with snow and iced-over ponds glittering with sunshine. Good news: Our Holiday Gift Guide is here, and it's packed with truly sensational seasonal gifts, with something for everyone available. But among all the floral goodies, we at Nanz & Kraft Florists want to shine a little light on those gourmet goods that come in a box - basically, a box of goodness. Like gift baskets, boxes offer the advantage of giving many related items all at once and can suggest abundance, comfort, adventure, romance . . . the list goes on.
