Full Time/Part Time "Print Room" Customer Service Rep

Full Time and Part Time Openings Available.

Nanz & Kraft Florists is looking for extremely motivated and outgoing customer service oriented Customer Service Representatives with a talent for multi-tasking. These team members must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks at one time while accurately shifting attention among the tasks and customers under distracting conditions without the loss of accuracy.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Manages our Print Room Control Center and provides exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business.

OPERATIONS

Manage internet action queue, processing incoming orders, support cases, and inquires from website;
Enter and track customer orders;
Manage "Needs Action" queues, processing out-of-town orders, working directly with partner florists via our network, phone, and email
Manage order/invoice printer - processing prints, reviewing and proof-reading to ensure accurate information and that orders are in-line with company policies
Organize and maintain pending orders from print to resolution
Follow job production step by step through the process concluding with customer follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
Maintain current customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous service;
Resolve customer situations and answer questions about order status, services and products offered;
Manage a multi-line telephone, track and enter customer orders efficiently as well as accurately
Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.

TEAM

As a control center, this team serves as a lead under management for the Office Call Center, supporting and assisting team members on as needed basis.
