The Fourth of July in Louisville: Here are a few of the events you’ll find around town on Independence Day.
* The Louisville Waterfront Fourth Festival features concerts and activities for the kids starting at 5 p.m. and culminating with a fireworks display at 9 p.m.
* The Louisville Bats game kicks off at 6:45 p.m. and features a fireworks display after the game.What is more patriotic and American than baseball?
* Cruise the Ohio River on the Belle of Louisville/Spirit of Jefferson, and enjoy the fireworks from the water.
